Contemporary avocados have a lot of fiber so I’m not surprised it’s very good for this.Thanks partially to their higher selling price point, adulteration of these sorts of oils (for instance undisclosed “Mixing” having an RBD oil) continues to be a concern, so people wanting to wholly avoid RBD o
